• About Agora • Agora is an end-to-end governance platform for the largest onchain protocols in crypto. Secure, scalable, smart contracts with customizable modules that powers the decisions from critical protocol upgrades to capital allocation decisions in the millions. • Agora is a working towards a new paradigm for group collaboration by creating the tools for communities work together onchain. This is not yet-another-productivity-saas. We believe that to enable the next era of collaboration, we need software that can bend current and create new incentives. No amount of removing friction will change how we work together if our reward functions are misaligned. Our goal is to build deep collaboration tools for people who couldn’t care less about crypto so that one day (soon), your friends back home are using Agora without ever knowing we’re on Ethereum. • We’ve raised from the top investors such as Haun Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, SCV, Credibly Neutral, Sina Habibian, prominent players in the industry such as Fireeyes, Ken of Uniswap, Tim Beiko of Ethereum Foundation, and angel investors including Dan Romero, Balaji Srinivasan, Will Price, Packy McCormick of Not Boring. • Responsibilities • You are responsible for top of the funnel. Build Agora’s brand and distribution with our partners, you will primarily be responsible for marketing, content, partners and channel relationships as well as enabling our sales team. • End-to-end ownership: responsible for developing and executing partner co-marketing strategies to reach protocol decision makers and operators, building and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners and foundation leads. • Build the machine: You’ll proactively find, test, and build scalable channels of acquiring customers. This is a multi-disciplinary role that ranges from content to partnerships to B2B demand generation. Growth is in your hands, ball’s in your court! • Go deep on the tech: You’ll become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape. You’ll go deep to build content and case studies on the competitive landscape. Understand the journey of understanding their pain points, options, trade-offs, and why Agora might — or might not — be the best platform for them. • Work across Agora: We’re a small team and lean on each other to be successful. In addition to working closely with Audrey, Brennan, and Yitong – you’ll work closely with engineering, product, marketing, technical support, operations, and others to make Agora successful.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with experience or interest in web3/crypto. • You have a track record of building growth & partner marketing engines that scales. Over time, you build repeatable, methodical processes to ensure success in any scenario. You will start with the playbook we’ve developed and adapt it to fit your style. • While you enjoy the complex and strategic problems, you also like rolling up your sleeves and debugging minor issues, getting your hands dirty. Enjoy getting into the weeds of writing copy and campaigns yourself, while also able to zoom out to see how it fits into a scalable top of the funnel strategy. • You take initiative where needed and not letting yourself be blocked. Do everything from hosting dinners to writing marketing copy for our partners where needed. • You’re curious, low-ego, and always looking to improve. You experiment with strategies, tactics, and tools in order to identify what works, and you adjust to find repeatable success. You’re open to feedback and collaboration to get to the best outcomes. • Hungry and excited to join a high-growth, fast-paced startup. You hold yourself accountable in an high ambiguous, remote environment without much structure. You’re autonomous. • Love governance like us :) • Bonus if you’re technical or able to design! (this can mean any STEM background or self-taught)
