• DATEV-Expertise: Erstellung und Verwaltung der relevanten DATEV-Journale. • Steuererklärungen: Erstellung und fristgerechte Abgabe der monatlichen und vierteljährlichen Steuererklärungen. • Buchhaltungsprozesse: Erstellung und Bearbeitung von DUO-Exporten in den jeweiligen DATEV-Bereichen. • Tax Compliance: Abgleich und Verwaltung von Steuererklärungen und Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern und zuständigen Behörden. • Jahresabschlüsse & Reporting: Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater. • Kommunikation mit Behörden: Korrespondenz mit dem Finanzamt in Bezug auf steuerliche Fragen.
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen mit relevanter Berufserfahrung. • Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV und steuerlichen Prozessen. • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen, Jahresabschlüssen und der Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern. • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware, Excel und anderen Steuererklärungssoftware und -tools. • Fließende Beherrschung der Deutschen UND Englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift erforderlich. • Eigenständig, zuverlässig und prozessorientiert.
