β’ As Ahrefs continues to experience strong growth, we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead our influencer and partnership marketing. β’ Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for Ahrefs. β’ Identify, vet, and onboard the most micro, macro, and relevant, high-profile influencers across social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter. β’ Negotiate influencer contracts, manage campaign logistics, and ensure successful content creation and promotion. β’ Build and nurture long-term relationships with key influencers, turning them into brand ambassadors and advocates. β’ Be ever-present in the digital marketing community, attending as well as hosting meetups and networking events. β’ Explore and establish strategic marketing partnerships with complementary brands, creators, and media outlets. β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider marketing team to integrate influencer and partnership activities into the overall marketing mix. β’ Report on campaign performance, audience insights, and market trends. β’ Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing best practices, platforms, and technologies, and implement innovative solutions.
β’ 3+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, partnership marketing, or a related field, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry β’ Good knowledge of Ahrefs product β’ Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer and partnership marketing campaigns β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners β’ Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
