📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Solutions Architect to support one of our largest and most strategic accounts on the West Coast. • This role requires deep technical expertise in enterprise-scale AI solutions, alongside strong account management skills. • The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with the customer's technical teams and leadership to drive successful solution design, deployment, and adoption. • In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring our solutions align with the customer's strategic goals while maximizing value and innovation. • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact. • Understand the account business objectives and align our solutions to meet their needs. • Drive customer satisfaction and ensure successful outcomes by managing the entire customer lifecycle. • Conduct regular on-site visits to the customer’s office to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment on priorities. • Technical Expertise: Leverage deep technical knowledge to design and implement solutions that address the account's unique challenges. • Collaborating with R&D, Algo and other technical teams as needed. • Provide technical guidance and support to the technical and product teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of our solutions. • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the AI21 internal team to ensure cohesive and effective account management. • Collect feedback and insights to inform continuous improvement of our solutions and guide product development. • Strategic Insights: Identify challenges and opportunities within the account, including expansion opportunities, and communicate them to internal teams to influence product roadmap decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, with a focus on large enterprise accounts. • Deep technical expertise in Generative AI and Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) environments. • Strong hands-on experience with production-level code development and deployment. • Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives. • Client-focused approach with a commitment to driving customer success. • Advantage: Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and cutting-edge AI technologies. • Advantage: Familiarity with the AWS environment, including LLM deployment services and AI-specific hardware.
