Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in technology or healthcare sector β€’ Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple roles in fast-paced environment β€’ Fluent in English and German β€’ Passion about Sidekick’s mission β€’ Humble yet driven and determined β€’ Emotionally savvy β€’ Team-first mentality
