Requirements
• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in technology or healthcare sector • Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple roles in fast-paced environment • Fluent in English and German • Passion about Sidekick’s mission • Humble yet driven and determined • Emotionally savvy • Team-first mentality
