We’ve founded and scaled successful companies ourselves, and we know that creating meaningful startups is really hard. • What You Will be Doing: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement company vision and growth strategy, starting with the construction market. Collaborate with AI Fund and the corporate partner to launch and scale the new company. Prototype Development: Lead the creation of a viable AI-driven solution for on-site construction management, focused on revolutionizing how engineering drawings and project data are accessed and interpreted in construction and beyond. Financial Strategy and Fundraising: Prepare a pre-seed investable pitch deck, secure funding, and build a financial forecast.

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a Co-founder or early stage CEO, with a strong experience in strategic planning, business model innovation, and securing early-stage venture funding. • Stakeholder Management: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders from technical partners to investors. • Leadership and Team Building: Experience assembling and leading teams through the early stages of a start-up, with a focus on rapid development cycles and agile methodologies. • Proven GTM Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful GTM strategies. • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, making informed decisions under uncertainty.
