Description

• Provide personalized and professional service to participants of Structured Settlements. • Promptly and accurately set up annuity contracts in our administrative system. • Engage with agents and their staff to assure submitted business and corresponding premium are in good order. • Process incoming mail, fax, and emails and perform necessary updates to the administrative system. • Review New Business documents to ensure compliance both legally and procedurally. • Engage and respond with agents and their staff to assure high level of service. • Process routine and non-routine cases. • Correspond professionally with both internal and external customers. • Produce daily/weekly/annual reports accurately and timely. • Perform quality control review of work performed by peers. • Coordinate duties and tasks by effective prioritization of responsibilities and time management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of insurance experience preferably with immediate or deferred annuity products. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Good problem solving and analytical skills. • Strong Customer and Team Orientation. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to multitask and handle high work volume with tight deadlines. • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Windows. • Some College Preferred but not mandatory.
