• Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting - to schedule virtual client meetings • Present the permanent benefits packages using the scripts and needs analysis system over zoom full training provided, no experience necessary. • Report daily numbers • Attend optional training classes • Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for the coverage
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written • Coachable - positive attitude, willing to learn and take direction • Work individually while having the support of the entire team • Sales experience is an asset but not required
