📋 Description

• Oversee and manage day-to-day back-office operations, including trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations. • Ensure accurate and timely client onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Monitor and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and exceptions in a timely manner. • Collaborate with front-office teams, custodians, and other external partners to ensure seamless transaction processing. • Maintain and update operational procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards. • Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency. • Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Assist in audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance requirements. • Provide training and support to team members on operational processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in back-office operations, preferably within wealth management, private banking, or financial services. • Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlements, and reconciliation processes. • Familiarity with wealth management platforms, CRM systems, and operational tools. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in wealth management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software. • Ability to efficiently communicate in both Polish and English language.
