📋 Description
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable ecommerce systems • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code • Design and implement systems that prioritize performance, security, and reliability • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to define technical direction • Debug issues across services, identify root causes, and implement robust fixes • Mentor junior engineers, lead by example, and contribute to team growth • Continuously improve systems through monitoring, performance tuning, and refactoring
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience building and shipping software at scale • Proficiency in Go, JavaScript, or similar modern languages • Experience with modern web frameworks like React • Comfort working in cloud environments (we use Google Cloud) • Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, systems design) • Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD best practices • A security-first mindset and dedication to clean code • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
