🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in partnerships, sales, account management, or business development specifically within the loyalty and fintech sectors, operating in B2B and/or B2B2C environments. • Deep understanding of loyalty program mechanics, customer engagement strategies, and the intricacies of fintech integrations. • Demonstrated partner-first mentality, with a genuine passion for fostering successful, mutually beneficial relationships with loyalty and fintech stakeholders. • Ability to narrate a good story - Airalo’s unique story and the problem we solve for our users makes it a compelling partnership proposition • Proficiency in employing advanced sales techniques, including consultative selling, effective questioning, objection handling, and solution-oriented approaches, tailored to the loyalty and fintech industries. • Proven ability to develop thought leadership and establish credibility, building trust and rapport with key stakeholders in the loyalty and fintech ecosystems. • Ability to thrive in complex, matrixed environments, effectively managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in utilizing sales and partnership management tools relevant to the loyalty and fintech sectors. • Perfect verbal and written communication skills in English
