Description

• Airbnb is a trusted marketplace and travel community. • The payments platform is core and strategic for Airbnb, moving billions of dollars across 191 countries. • You’ll play an impactful role to build mobile-first payment experiences for guests and hosts. • Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality Android products. • Build efficient and reusable mobile components and architect scalable mobile solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years' industry experience in Android development • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience • Fluency in Kotlin/Java and Jetpack Compose • Experience shipping one or more Android apps • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working well within engineering and across functions • Passionate about design and building UX products • Pushing boundaries of design and product features by balancing tradeoffs and iterating to the ideal solution • Interest in innovations within the mobile and payment industries
