📋 Description

• Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home. • Since then, it has grown to over 5 million hosts and more than 2 billion guest arrivals worldwide. • The Pricing team empowers Airbnb hosts to run their business with pricing strategies. • We are looking for a product-focused Staff Backend Engineer to craft tools for Airbnb hosts. • You will help drive the technology and implementation strategy to support hosts in running their businesses.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years industry experience. • Experience leading teams, setting technical direction, building & launching high-impact user-facing products. • Experience influencing partners such as designers and product managers as well as other engineering teams. • Excited to ideate, prototype new ideas, and influence product direction. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and across engineering teams. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow more junior engineers, set and drive best practices.
