Description

• Aircall is looking for a Community & Events Manager to join the marketing team based in our NYC office, to create and maintain a vibrant and engaged community around our brand. The candidate will be responsible for organizing and hosting events, both virtual and in-person, that bring the community together to learn, connect, and have fun. The role will be pivotal in building brand loyalty, increasing customer engagement, and driving growth.

Requirements

• Higher education (e.g. Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing or related fields • A minimum of 5 years of experience of B2B Marketing or SaaS required • Experience in planning, executing and reporting on the success of marketing events • Customer-obsessed, experience in leveraging community to drive product advocacy • Experience in partner marketing & co-marketing with third parties • Proactive team player with positive attitude • Proficient in project management skills and tools. • Experience of working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams as well as external agencies to deliver projects successfully • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Hands-on and data driven mindset with strong organisational skills • Experience or working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Marketo etc. will be highly advantageous • Fluency in English required, French, Spanish, or German a big plus.
