Let’s talk. • ABOUT THE TEAM • At Aircall, our integration partners are at the heart of our business. • We work with partners to source new deals and expand our product offering to meet the needs of more customers. • The App ecosystem team is part of the Partnerships organization. • Our mission is to build a best in class App ecosystem and create fruitful partnerships for both partners and Aircall to bring our customers the best integrations for their businesses to thrive. • ABOUT THE ROLE • The Partner Development Manager (PDM) understands the needs of the business and sources new partners to meet those needs. • PDM works alongside those partners as they build, launch and scale their integrations. • You will unlock partnership opportunities to enable Aircall to accelerate our largest strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with the revenue and product teams to identify the biggest areas of opportunity, and you’ll get creative with new ways for partners to create more value for our customers, our partners, and Aircall.
• Experience successfully prospecting and building new tech partnerships • Proven ability to negotiate and execute growth-centric partnerships • Understanding of partner’s business & PaaS/SaaS business models • Strong internal stakeholder management • Self-motivated, self-directed, heavily prioritizing and measuring impact • Can work well together and independently • Can communicate effectively at all levels. Not afraid to speak to anyone in a perfectly fluent level of English • Thrive in ambiguity and change • Nice to have: Understanding of APIs and App Development • Experience defining new segments for growth through partnerships • Experience driving revenue through partners with structured programs and strong program management skills. • Data driven, you know the importance of drawing insightful conclusions from data sets, and use it in your daily work to answer critical questions. • Experience in CcasS or UcaS company • Familiarity with Salesforce
