Description

• Provide Technical, Development and Support expertise to Global Support team. • Support Operations team in delivering amazing customer experiences. • Regularly review tickets assigned, evaluate requests, and determine solutions. • Carry out investigations into bug reports from IT tools used. • Review and refine requirements documentation. • Complete and refine metric reports in collaboration with Data Analyst. • Develop technical solutions using coding languages like JavaScript/ECMA, Python, SQL, Java. • Implement solutions in a testing environment before production.

Requirements

• Organized and proactive approach to working. • Experience working in a Fully remote environment with a Global team. • Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Spreadsheet functionality. • Working knowledge of Python or Java and experience with both. • Ability to review changes to technical documentation and validate them. • Experience working in an Agile environmentKnowledge of troubleshooting, security, and deployment practices.
