📋 Description
• Airship helps brands master mobile-first customer experiences to build lasting relationships and accelerate business growth. • Opportunity to impact the success of some of the biggest brands in the Google Play and Apple App Store. • Responsible for defining and implementing consistent measurement standards and reporting process. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs and carrying out necessary processes and practices to monitor progress and results. • Provide mentorship and support in hiring, training, and retaining a high-performing analytics team.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of analysts in a fast-paced environment. • 5+ years of experience manipulating large complex data sets, doing quantitative analysis, statistical modeling and visualization. • Expert regarding best practices around data manipulation, building data pipelines, feature engineering and creating dashboards. • Ability to lead initiatives across multiple product areas and communicate findings with leadership and product teams to quickly turn insights into actions. • Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical results or issues to internal and/or external stakeholders. • Experience with online ads or mobile marketing referred.
