📋 Description
• Manage dedicated driver performance through training, support, and performance management programs. • Develop and maintain an effective training program for Dedicated Drivers using the Airspace app. • Conduct training with drivers prior to their first day onsite. • Regularly visit Med Device customer sites to ensure alignment of training processes. • Act as a liaison between customer, drivers, and teams during service launch. • Conduct qualitative driver performance evaluations. • Provide live support to drivers on tactical problems.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in training / program development • Ability and willingness to travel nationwide up to 25% of the time • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with drivers and customers • Detail-oriented and excels at active listening • Action-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to “own” problems and eagerness to drive real-time solutions • Comfortable with new technology applications
