Description

• Partner with Engagement Managers to validate scope for services engagements. • Understand clients' business processes and advise on Airtable integration. • Advise on data governance models and management. • Develop solution designs, implementation plans, and timelines aligned with client objectives. • Provide technical guidance throughout the implementation process. • Respond to customer feedback and relay product improvements. • Manage project plans for on-time delivery and communication. • Collaborate with other service team members on larger engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solution engineering or consulting experience supporting Enterprise SaaS platforms. • Well-versed in database design and governance best practices. • Ability to customize messaging across verticals and geographies. • Strong understanding of business workflows and process mapping tools. • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders. • 3-4 years in professional services or consulting role. • Strong project management capabilities. • Collaborative team player comfortable with ambiguity. • Adaptable to new technologies; familiarity with Airtable is a plus.
