• Experienced customer-centric professional with business acumen, technical knowledge, and communication skills. • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS Pre Sales. • 7-10 years of industry experience. • Experience managing sales cycles and owning the technical evaluation. • Working knowledge of Marketing, Product Operations, Retail MGMT, and other Business Units. • Knowledge of business operations and data structuring in relational database. • Passionate about creating solutions for complex problems. • Effective communicator and storyteller. • Thirst for knowledge and understanding of enterprise integration methodologies. • Low code no code application experience throughout the customer life cycle. • Knowledge of complementary technologies, including data warehousing and AI systems.
