Description

• Coordinate the intake, prioritization, and execution of Airtable requests • Build core workflows into Airtable systems • Work with IT Support for maintaining critical Airtable apps • Analyze new requests for business processes • Expand the capabilities of existing bases • Produce documentation and enablement materials • Conduct training sessions • Capture and document feedback regarding product functionality • Design and implement automation processes • Write standalone code for integrations with webhooks

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT Engineering or hands-on technical operations experience • Experience administering and developing in SaaS and applications • Familiarity with modern development practices and agile methodologies • 5+ years experience gathering user requirements and developing custom solutions • 5+ years experience in project management (PMP certification preferred) • Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams • Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills • Aptitude for thinking in systems • Experience writing shell, python, or Javascript code for APIs and automation • Strong project management expertise
