Description

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of external third-party installation teams, • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple installation projects, • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, • Implement and enforce quality control measures, • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, • Identify opportunities for process improvements, • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in field operations management, • An active C10 license or equivalent is highly preferred. • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams, • Strong project management skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • In-depth understanding of electrical systems, • Willingness to travel within the NY/NJ area to oversee installation sites.
