Description

• Work closely with sales team to onboard new clients and maintain relationships • Educate clients and partners on environmental commodities regulations and markets • Process incoming assets and report consumption/generation accurately and timely • Provide onboarding training for using the platform and ongoing support for clients

Requirements

• Excellent internal and external communication skills, verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor and a welcome presence with clients. • Can-do attitude. Happy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Willing to take on ad hoc tasks and wear multiple hats if needed. • Desire to work in a high-energy, large volume of client interactions and service environment. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PDF programs, Salesforce is a plus. • Strong time, task, and project management skills
