Description
• Lead and ensure the company's compliance with VASP regime in Argentina • Design mechanisms for compliance reporting • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks • Develop, implement, and manage compliance policies and procedures • Collaborate with various business lines across the company
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in compliance role within fintech, crypto or payments space • Experience working with and submitting reports to local regulators • Knowledge of VASP regulations and FATF recommendations • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills • Fluency in Spanish and English
