• Communicating and interfacing with customers and Site Lead on issues and daily tasking. • Providing Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely. • Working with Active Directory and Exchange to create, modify and terminate accounts. • Troubleshooting workstation, printers, and other peripheral devices. • Imaging, installing, and configuring workstations. • Troubleshooting Windows 10 and above, as well as Microsoft Office suite. • Working with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center and ServiceNow. • Troubleshooting Citrix desktop visualization environment and thin client.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience will be considered. • Additional years of experience in lieu of education will be considered. • Strong problem solving and organizational skills and able to work in a professional environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • TS/SCI clearance requirement.
