Description

β€’ Supports all existing BizTalk-based data integration processes. β€’ Provides BizTalk Server Instance Reports as required by the COR, detailing outages, critical performance or infrastructure issues, and possible root causes. β€’ Proactively monitors capacity in production and test BizTalk environments, taking actions to avoid degradation or outages. β€’ Actively transfers knowledge and mentor staff members on various aspects of BizTalk administration, configuration, and development. β€’ Maintains and updates BizTalk administration documentation as requested by the Government Task Manager or the COR. β€’ Provides BizTalk monthly patching support documentation and update SOP for continuous monitoring with agency data integrations used by the job scheduler. β€’ Monitors the BizTalk queue in the current help-desk management tool (Track It) or its future replacement and distribute helpdesk tickets to appropriate support staff when necessary. β€’ Timely updates all assigned BizTalk-related helpdesk tickets. β€’ Ensures full adherence to existing SLAs. β€’ Provide weekly status updates to the COR and Government Task Manager in written format on project progress and other assigned duties.

Requirements

β€’ Public Trust Clearance required for access to facilities, equipment and property. β€’ Proven experience in supporting and maintaining BizTalk Server environments. β€’ Strong knowledge of BizTalk administration, configuration, and development. β€’ Ability to proactively monitor and manage BizTalk environments to prevent degradation or outages. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to generate detailed reports on server instances. β€’ Strong communication skills for mentoring staff and providing status updates. β€’ Experience with help-desk management tools and ticketing systems. β€’ Experience with BizTalk 2019/2020 or higher versions (preferred). β€’ Familiarity with cloud-based BizTalk solutions (preferred). β€’ Experience working with Microsoft CRM and Oracle systems (preferred).
