Backed by top-tier investors (Bessemer, KKR & Revolution), we’re one of the fastest-growing scale-up software companies globally—delivering innovative technology and consistently raising the bar with world-class people, processes, and products. • As we scale and diversify our product offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Senior Director of Solution Engineering to shape and lead our solutions strategy while actively engaging with customers as a trusted solution consultant. • To learn more, visit our website • This role: • The Senior Director of Solution Engineering is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, crucial to Aiwyn's transition into a multi-product platform. This role serves as the critical connective tissue between Product Managers, Sales, and Post-Sales functions (Onboarding/Implementation, Customer Success, etc.), ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across teams. • This is not just a strategic leadership position—you will also roll up your sleeves and actively engage with customers as a trusted solution consultant, guiding them through pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales processes. Your ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution will be pivotal in driving customer success and influencing product innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a SaaS environment. • Hands-On Approach: Proven ability to engage directly with customers as a solution consultant, delivering technical presentations, workshops, and strategic guidance. • Leadership Excellence: Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and inspiring innovation. • Experience working in a multi-product SaaS environment, preferably in B2B SaaS. • Background in technical architecture, integrations, and cloud-based SaaS solutions is a plus.
