• Jama Software® is focused on maximizing innovation success in multidisciplinary engineering organizations. • Numerous firsts for humanity in fields such as fuel cells, electrification, space, software-defined vehicles, surgical robotics, and more rely on Jama Connect® requirements management software to minimize the risk of defects, rework, cost overruns, and recalls. • The Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible for proactively consulting, mentoring, and encouraging adoption of our products and services to a portfolio of automotive and semiconductor customers ensuring achievement of sustained value from Jama Software. • You’ll be working with your manager, our Director of Solutions and Consulting, to achieve the goals of this vertical! • Join our diverse team in a remote-first work environment, with the opportunity for some travel and to come together annually for a company-wide gathering!

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in requirements analysis, test management, and digital engineering methodologies within the Automotive and/or Semiconductor industries. • Proven track record in leadership roles such as Consulting Manager, Process Consultant, Systems Engineer, Requirements Manager, or Product Manager. • Extensive experience overseeing the implementation of SaaS software solutions, with a focus on driving user adoption and identifying expansion opportunities. • Highly driven and self-motivated, capable of effectively running a diverse portfolio of customer engagements. • In-depth knowledge of system engineering, requirements management, test management, and functional safety practices within the Automotive and/or Semiconductor domains. • Exceptional presentation, meeting facilitation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
