📋 Description
• Responsible for day-to-day support, maintenance and administrative duties for the Windows servers/Office 365/Azure cloud environments and enterprise applications • In charge of designing, implementing, and testing solutions based on company’s functional and business requirements • Provide appropriate day-to-day support, maintenance and administrative duties for the server environment and enterprise applications • Design, implement, and test solutions based on functional and business requirements • Responsibility for maintaining the server infrastructure and undertaking appropriate logging, monitoring, problem diagnosis and capacity management duties • Managing the server infrastructure to ensure high availability of systems to the organization • Performs installation of operating systems and application software on servers • Performs regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions • Provide monitoring and support for all enterprise applications • Develop policies procedures and other documentation required to support the infrastructure environment • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support duties and assist the Service Desk team with pertinent technical solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Server systems and associated server technologies • Experience with Azure and Office 365 technologies • Experience with Virtualization technologies • Working knowledge of Microsoft System Center suite • Good working experience with Active Directory and group policies • Networking understanding (routing/DNS/Firewalls/Load Balancers) • Backup technologies working knowledge (Azure Recovery Services Vault/DPM/others) • A solid understanding of the concepts and processes involved with ITIL • Understanding of IT infrastructure and help desk issues and challenges across a global organization
