📋 Description

• As a Treasury Analyst at AKAM, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities related to our corporate and managed portfolio’s treasury and cash management operations. • You will be responsible for ensuring effective cash management, optimizing liquidity, and mitigating financial risks. • Your keen insights and proactive management of targeting new business opportunities to drive revenues will be imperative for success in the role. • Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. • Manage bank accounts and relationships. • Responsible for opening and closing of bank accounts. • Analyze documents provided by clients for completion of various bank forms for update of signers or opening of new account. • Monitor daily cash balances and cash flow projections. • Execute daily cash positioning and forecasting. • Coordinate with client finance team to ensure proper funding for client operations. • Develop strategies to optimize cash balances and minimize idle cash. • Evaluate short-term investment options to maximize returns while maintaining liquidity. • Assist in the development and implementation of cash management policies and procedures. • Financial risk management, identify and assess financial risks, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and counterparty risk. • Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies, such as hedging programs as instructed. • Monitor compliance with risk management policies and guidelines. • Prepare periodic cash flow reports, variance analysis, and financial forecasts. • Analyze banking fees and recommend cost-saving measures. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls. • Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. • 4+ years of experience in treasury management or related financial roles. • HOA/Condo/Coop experience strongly desired. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. • Knowledge of cash management techniques, financial instruments, and banking products. • Familiarity with treasury management systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). • Advanced Excel skills required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external clients such as board members. • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines. • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus.
