📋 Description
• Perform full scope of activities associated with the design, development, and administration of assigned programs. • Serve as internal consultant to assigned functions and/or business units. • Ensure consistency in implementation and legal compliance of pay practices across the organization. • Prepare reports and analyses, including assessments of program affordability and cost to implement. • Evaluate proposals for new programs. • Conduct market analysis for physicians and APCs using survey data and guidelines. • Develop administrative process to support variable pay needs of specific business groups and the organization.
🎯 Requirements
• BS/BA preferably in business, finance, human resource management, or data analytics (or equivalent education, training, or experience). • Five to seven years of compensation experience including program development, design, analysis, and implementation required.
