Description

• Responsible for ongoing production and development of Service Management • Ensure stable and reliable service delivery to stakeholders • Primary interface for operational issues • Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, and alternatives • Create system design proposals • Collaborate with third party system providers • Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems • Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends • Collaborate with Senior Analyst for operational data review • Create systems models and specifications for programmers • Provide production support with Service Desk team • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests of modified and new systems • Provide orientation and training to end users • Collaborate in planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications • Conduct research on software and hardware products • Support cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems • Support meetings to define business, financial, and operations requirements • Participate in design sessions for enhancing business processes • Review and analyze existing systems for improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience • 3+ years of IT Service Desk or Field Services Experience • Strong business acumen and judgment • Innate problem solving skills • Intense willingness to learn new business processes and technologies • Focus on high quality application performance troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Strong knowledge of the Imagine Billing software platform • Preferred Experience in Healthcare industry • Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions • Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts • Experience in business process improvement methodology and implementation • Experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards • Project management skills
