• Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. • Responsible for analyzing the client organization and designing its processes and systems. • Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. • Research, gather, and synthesize information to support the delivery of solutions through validation testing and change management through deployment and customer implementation.
Requirements
• Active Secret Security Clearance • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field • Proven experience with ServiceNow and Agile Testing • Proven experience as a Business Requirements Analyst or similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma • Experience with project management tools and techniques
