Description

• Analyze our organization and design its processes and systems • Assess the business model and its integration with technology • Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution • Research, gather and synthesize information • Support delivery of solutions through validation testing and change management through deployment and customer implementation

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field • Proven experience with ServiceNow and Agile Methodologies • Proven experience as a Business Requirements Analyst or similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma • Experience with project management tools and techniques
