Description

• The Director of Treasury will be responsible to forecast and analyze the Company’s cash flow. • Assess risks to liquidity and provide weekly liquidity reports. • Deep understanding of working capital management, financial reporting and excel proficiency. • Cash Management: Forecast, monitor and track cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) • Prepare cash flow reports and identifies and evaluates variances. • Monitor cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances and unusual items are investigated. • Monitor and analyze the Company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate/optimize the short-term borrowing. • Develop appropriate reporting and modeling capabilities required to support short-term and long-term liquidity forecasting needs through indirect modeling working closely with corporate FP&A. • Work with FP&A on developing operating cash flow forecasts, enhance visibility into cash balances, optimize working capital and establish metrics/key performance indicators. • Effectively work with internal business partners including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Legal, Tax/ Legal teams and IT to accurately forecast timing and amount of future cash flows. • Assist other departments (e.g., Audit, Accounting) with quarter-end and ad hoc information requests as needed. • Assist with presentation material for investors, rating agencies or the Board of Directors as needed. • Duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. • 7-10 years of experience • Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting and accounting • Strong financial modeling • Proficient with MS Office Suite including strong Excel skills • Preferred: CPA, CTP, CFA, FP&A certification
