• Enterprise is our fastest growing market segment and represents a unique opportunity for Alan to become the health partner of millions of members by 2030. • Strengthening this segment is a high priority: we are doubling down to accelerate on the foundations set this year, increasing our reach, reinforcing our offer and positioning in order to support a growing number of larger companies in France. • As a Business Developer Intern, you will play a key role in helping us structure our approach to Very Large companies (> 3,000 employees). You will work closely with a team of 2 Senior Account Executives and our Business Segment Lead, supporting them with closing deals and driving various growth-related projects. • You will be responsible for: - Deal support: partnering with Account Executives on their deal strategy, account mapping and pitch presentations in order to tailor our approach. - Tender management and RFP (Request for Purchase) Library: orchestrating tender answers with a dedicated taskforce (ops, marketing, pre-sales, sales, top management), with ownership of specific sections and content to build. Ideal to shape project management skills! - Networking & Brand Awareness: identifying events to participate to and personas to meet for our Founders and Senior Execs to make Alan more visible among decision-makers. - Process Scaling: auditing existing sales processes (CRM, minutes of meeting automation, meeting prep framework....), identifying and implementing improvement areas. - Go to Market Strategy: along with the crew lead or the Business Segment Lead, opportunity to dig deeper into a topic to crack (Unions market in France, brokers market…).
• Fully fluent in French & English (written and spoken) • Analytical and think strategically: selling to very large accounts asks for the ability to map organizations to find the best interlocutor and have a clear picture of our positioning on the health insurance market. • A strong business sense: bringing a disruptive vision on a conventional market such as health insurance is hard. It requires the ability to convince high level stakeholders and be able to outline our product's impact at a strategic level. • Self-organized and autonomous: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability. You are able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal external assistance. • Communicate effectively: given the number of internal stakeholders with whom Very Large Sales interact on a daily basis, the ability to communicate with clarity is essential. • Display a growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow and take the best of this experience to set you up for success in your early professional life. • Excel at teamwork: given the strategic implications of our Very Large business segment, volume and timeline of work, you have the ability to lead transversal initiatives towards a particular objective. • Show versatility: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another. • A strong product and “Tech” sense: Alan is an innovative company offering the most high end healthcare software on the market.
