🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of professional experience in HR, with a focus on managing payroll processes and employee records • A strong understanding of Belgian labor laws (essential) • An eye for detail and a passion for accuracy • Natural inclination toward process improvement and documentation • Analytical mindset: proficient in analyzing HR data and deriving actionable insights for informed decision-making • The ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions • Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken. While French and Spanish are a plus, it's not essential
