• 0-3 years of professional experience (recent graduates are welcome!) • A knack for staying organized and managing multiple tasks • An eye for detail and a passion for accuracy • The ability to work independently and take initiative • A curiosity for learning new skills and processes quickly • Experience or interest in process improvement and automation • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Dutch, French or Spanish is a plus. • Prior experience in HR, even as an intern or in a work-study program.
