• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in campaign coordination, strategy, or growth-related roles. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting funnel metrics and KPIs. • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. • SQL • Experience in financial services or familiarity with debit and credit products. • Basic understanding of middle-funnel marketing and performance marketing strategies. • Basic knowledge of copywriting. • Exposure to tools such as Google Analytics or Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Knowledge of campaign compliance processes, especially in regulated industries.
