Requirements

• Strong passion for improving the developer experience in web3. • B.S Degree in Computer Science or related field. • Experience working with startups, preferably with notable experience in web3 development or developer relations. • Stellar written and verbal technical communication skills in addressing audiences ranging from individuals to auditoriums. • Eagerness to learn new technologies through hands-on experience and teach them. • Past experience engaging with or managing web3 developer communities. • Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy. • A keen eye for product improvements and new opportunities. • Strong ability to debug complex engineering issues. • Experience writing and maintaining API documentation. • Past experience in public speaking and/or teaching workshops is a plus. • Experience at early-stage startups is a large plus. • Founded a company or built side projects is a plus.
