📋 Description

We are seeking a motivated Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join our small but mighty HR team at Accredited Labs. • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones while ensuring a positive candidate and interviewer experience. • Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams. • Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and postings across various platforms. • Communicate with candidates to keep them informed about the interview process. • Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Assist with administrative tasks such as offer letter preparation and background checks. • Partner with HR with additional projects and duties. • Help update offer templates and other Recruiting Templates. • This is an hourly Fixed-Term (Temporary) Employment position anticipated for 6-12 months.

🎯 Requirements

Qualifications: • 1+ year of recruiting coordinator experience. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Workable is preferred. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
