Description

• Support the recruitment process by coordinating activities and communicating with candidates. • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. • Update and maintain accurate records in the ATS. • Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and platforms. • Act as a point of contact between candidates and hiring teams. • Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. • Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and conducting initial screenings when needed. • Track metrics and create reports on recruitment processes and hiring timelines. • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required). • 1–3 years of experience in sales recruitment, HR, or coordination roles. • Proficiency in ATS tools, MS Office Suite, and other recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. • A team player with a positive attitude and a candidate-first mindset. • Experience in high-volume sales recruitment or talent acquisition. • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards. • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and tools.
