• Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer (3 month contract) • Play a critical part in identifying and attracting top talent • Leverage creative skills to source qualified candidates in digital marketing disciplines • Contribute to building a diverse and talented workforce • Prioritize strong work-life balance through policies and benefits • Anticipated hourly rate based on unique factors for each candidate • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship • Job scamming awareness and application process outlined

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a tech or digital marketing environment • Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and industry terminology • Experience with applicant tracking systems (such as Lever, Greenhouse, etc) • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for finding the needle in the haystack • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
