• Building candidate pipeline through outbound sourcing efforts, job postings, and events. • Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics for sourcing, screens, and accepted offers. • Creating, engaging, and nurturing a network of talent in the United States. • Conducting initial screens with sales talent and working closely with them throughout the interview process. • Consulting with greater recruiting team and hiring managers on changes or improvements to the interview process to ensure the best results and conversions. • Advertising jobs, screening applicants, following up appropriately, and managing external platforms and communications. • Scheduling interviews and tracking everything accurately in various Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Ashby, and Greenhouse). • Communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process to provide updates, make sure nothing slips through the cracks, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a demonstrated track record of achieving success in professional and personal pursuits. • Be able to understand the talent landscape and have experience recruiting for high volume outbound talent. • Have experience recruiting for an early-stage company that is still in the process of building brand awareness. • Are proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting technologies. • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Embody a strong sense of urgency and have high levels of attention to detail. • Are a strong storyteller with the ability to communicate the company’s vision and mission. • Have the desire to help build something from the ground up!
