Description
• Preparation and/or review of general ledger postings related to internally developed software, leases, intangibles, goodwill and expense accruals • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and account fluctuation for management reporting • Manage month end close and other administrative tasks • Lead / partner on various ad hoc financial analyses and special projects (e.g. M&A, process improvement and control implementation/refinements, etc.)
Requirements
• 12+ years of experience; mix of public accounting and industry • People management • Public company experience • CPA license • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
