📋 Description
• The Senior Director of Finance will drive strategic, financially-oriented thought partnership across all areas of business operations within Aledade. • This role involves leading the Finance Business Partners assigned to support business areas across the organization. • The Finance Business Partners are part of a newly-centralized team focused on financial intelligence, analysis, budget management, and forecasting. • This role also includes the ongoing development and refinement of the Finance Business Partner team structure, ongoing processes, and available tools. • The Senior Director will also support other Finance initiatives, including but not limited to, capital planning and corporate development activities. • We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with a BS/BA in finance, accounting or a related field • 5+ years team leadership / people management experience
