📋 Description

• We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead a talented team of digital marketers and execute our growth strategy across segments. • You'll work cross-functionally as a key decision-maker within AlertMedia’s Corporate Marketing team. • You'll have the opportunity to drive the strategy behind high-impact campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate the sales pipeline, and fuel bookings growth, across all segments, both domestically and abroad.

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a people manager/leadership role. • Experience building and leading high performing teams and fostering a high-performance culture. • Deep expertise in demand gen tools, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo, Ahrefs, and more. • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with marketing & sales teams and executive-level stakeholders. • Ability to perform in-depth analysis and create accurate forecasts based on disparate data sources to inform marketing investments. • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. • A proactive mindset and ability to work cross-functionally across teams to drive lead and pipeline goals. • Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve ambiguous problems. • BA/BS Degree in business, finance, marketing/advertising, or a related field.
