• Oversee the launch of hundreds of new items, managing timelines and deliverables. • Handle large quantities of work while maintaining attention to detail. • Own go-to-market and commercial calendar execution of launches. • Develop and articulate compelling narratives for each product that highlight their unique features and benefits. • Ensure that these stories resonate with our target audience and are consistent across all marketing channels. • Work closely with creative, merchandising, and website teams to ensure that product marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly. • Ensure that product marketing appears beautifully and compellingly at every touchpoint, including the website, wholesale accounts, and various marketing channels (email, social media, etc.). • Identify similarities and differences in products to create targeted marketing strategies. • Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives. • Conduct research on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within e-commerce or retail environments. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for cross-functional collaboration. • A keen eye for design and aesthetics, with an understanding of what makes products exciting. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Proven ability to build relationships and effectively navigate remote work environments.
