• Design customised deliverables as per team and stakeholders needs. • Manage deliverables for a large variety of marketing activities, including branding, website, advertising, product literature design, customer experience, site experience design, digital campaigns, UI / UX and asset design, among others. • Develop all required collaterals by understanding the product, purpose, channel and audience while aligning on the overall corporate and product brand guidelines. • Possess an excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow. • Must have a strong sense of design quality and pixel perfection. • Drawing skills/Illustration and video editing will be an added bonus. • Possesses a strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team • Creation of aesthetic & effective visual designs for campaigns and other internal design requirements that may come up from time to time. • Used to work systematically and manage time well to support the marketing team’s delivery to business, product, and company-wide strategic initiatives • Work under limited supervision and be driven to create excellence in every work. • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size • Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief • Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required • Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
