• At Algolia, we are passionate about helping developers & product teams connect their users with what matters most in milliseconds! • The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be critical to the success of the Go-To-Market team. to identify the need for technology and tools, leading the evaluation, selection, implementation, enablement, and adoption for Sales & Marketing. • The ideal candidate should have a track record of success when it comes to managing a complex tech stack and the Salesforce.com ecosystem. You must also possess great skills in communication, collaboration, project management, and working in a fast-paced environment. • YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF: • Identifying core operational issues that are most critical to GTM success that can be addressed with technology. • Aligning the GTM tech stack strategy with business objectives. • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize and enhance Go-To-Market team performance through the identification of tools and technology. • Managing the entire lifecycle of new GTM technology and tools, including evaluation, selection, implementation, enablement, and adoption. • Driving the successful implementation of GTM technology initiatives. • Developing and tracking KPIs to drive execution and ongoing improvement to operational issues. • Prioritizing tasks and projects based on their impact on the business, risk reduction, and time criticality. • Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and budgeting, ensuring accurate quarterly budget forecasts and annual plans are in place

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technology role as either a project manager, administrator, developer or product manager • 4+ years of experience using Salesforce. • Experience working with a complex tech stack such as Marketo, Demandbase, Leandata, Outreach, Drift, Hoovers, Slack,, etc. • Experience with data tools enrichment such as D&B, ZoomInfo, Lusha deduplication tools, and contact acquisition tools. • Strong project management skills. • Track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams. • Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).
