Future. • We are looking for a Vehicle Operations Specialist who can help us deliver our mission to make it seamless for individuals and businesses to make the transition to zero-carbon driving. • We have a rapidly growing fleet and customer base that rates their experience with us as Excellent on Trustpilot! • We want to continue to extend that experience into our in life service provision and are looking for someone to join the Vehicle Operations team to assist with all aspects of the in life journey for our customers. • We are growing fast and have a relentless focus on scalability whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. • There is lots to do as we continue to grow but also an amazing chance to influence how we manage our fleet and plenty of development opportunities.

Requirements

• An understanding of the current challenges in the fleet industry • Experience working in either a dealer/fleet company or service/bodyshop • Comfortable liaising with drivers to de-escalate situations and have a 'phone-first' approach • Confidence in challenging dealers/manufacturers in reference to parts delays, repairs etc. • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and associated supply chains is preferable • Previous working knowledge of fleet management systems including Key2 and 1-Link is an advantage • Experience working independently and as part of a close-knit team • A curious and keen-eye for detail to spot areas of improvement - we love hearing ideas! • To be a natural finisher and an effective operator - you leave no loose ends in your path • To want to be part of a rapidly growing company and be comfortable adopting changes quickly and adapt as the team and fleet grow
